You can return an item within 15 days of the purchase date.
Please ensure that the returned item is unused, undamaged, and complete with all parts and accessories.
If any damage, signs of use, or missing parts are found, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly to cover the lost value.

If your order arrives with any items damaged or missing during transit, don’t worry — you are eligible for a full refund for those affected items.

3. 15-Day No Update Refund
If your package has no tracking updates for more than 7 days and is still undelivered, you can apply for either a free reshipment or a full refund.
If the original package does show up later — it’s yours to keep with our compliments. No need to return it!
4. 30-Day No Delivery Refund (Credit Card Payments Only)
If you paid via credit card and your item isn’t delivered within 30 days, you’re eligible for a full refund.
5. Price Adjustment Within 30 Days of Payment
We value fairness! If the price of an item you bought from Ashé Jewelry drops within 30 days of purchase, you can request a price adjustment refund. Here’s how it works:
